Not true.. I had several of them made by Joel himself without a signature and this is one of them.. This is probably the best playing cue I ever got from Joel.. All of the inlays in this cue are ivory by the way.. It is the only cue I ever got from Joel with ivory inlays and I got several hundred of them from him..
