I am not a fan of Dale Perry's business practices. They caused me to lose a substantial (for me) amount of money a few years back when he went to direct marketing on ebay.

Having said that, many of the cues he is putting out are great value purchases, and they allow younger players to have a nicely executed cue at a low price. I took this cue in on trade. It would make a fantastic gift for a new player, or a real solid shooter for those who don't want to carry their high end cue into some arenas to play. The cue is a real solid player. Also, I have to say that this particular shaft is a real nice piece of wood...tight grain and 4.1 ounces.

Specifications:

- Butt: 14.6 ounces
- Shaft: 4.1 ounces, 13mm, LBM, Moori
- Joint: Stainless steel radial pin with phenolic joint, sleeved with stainless steel
- Black phenolic joint collars with silver beauty rings
- Ringwork at C/D/E consisting of thick black, silver, black, tulipwood, black, silver, thick black
- Nice purpleheart forearm
- Five floating ebony points with ebony speartips inlaid with turquoise.
- Pressed black with white specks irish linen wrap
- Solid purpleheart butt sleeve with five floating ebony reverse points, inlaid with turquoise.
- Black phenolic butt cap with "DP" logo
- Signed "D. Perry 1/1" between the points

SOLD!! Thanks!

Joe

Hmmm....that IS a nice cue. I've been trying to get my middle son to play, so as to give him a hobby and hopefully keep him out of the trouble he's been getting in, and so I've been looking for a cue for him. Definitely gonna hafta consider this one.
