Looking to sell off a few things to fund a new purchase...... 
We have here, a leather Instroke in very good-excellent condition case. Bought it about a year and a half ago, it has been carried out some, but was primarily a storage case.
Case is 2x4, clean (some chalk around the mouth of tubes that will wipe off), no scuffs that I can see, no rips etc. Hardware could stand to be polished, but thats about it.
Asking $200 shipped, dont like the price? Make me a reasonable offer. And no, the Tim Scruggs does not come with the case..........
But you could tell people your case had a Scruggs in it......
