Blue light special sale!

First is a Joss sneaky pete; it has 6 floating ebony points, stained black handle, creme colored butt cap. The cue is in rough condition; has a crack from the joint collar going down about an inch, has numerous small dings throughout and the finish has lifted a little around the butt cap. I've been playing and breaking with the cue for a couple of weeks and the crack has not gotten worse. The shaft is in fairly good condition; has a very minor roll that does not affect playability. Small scratch on ferrule, no significant dings, 13 mm, Lepro or Triangle tip. Total weight is about 20 oz. with a 2 oz. weight bolt. Butt is straight, when rolled together, very small roll from shaft (tip does not leave the table, small light variance under the taper). Asking $85 shipped obo.

Second is a Schon shaft. The insert is undersized so it will only fit a Schon joint pin. Has the maple dashed joint collar and is 29" long. No ferrule! Ferrule and tenon were removed and shaft was retapered; very similar in playability and deflection to a Predator Z shaft. Tip is 11.25mm and shaft has a conical taper; black fiber pad underneath a Sniper tip. No dings, no dents, rolls perfectly straight. Would make a great snooker shaft. SOLD pending payment.

Lastly is a Limb Saver, expanding collet model. I bought it a long time ago and I think I used it for a grand total of two weeks. In very good condition except it is missing the Limb Saver button on the bottom. Asking $14 shipped obo.

Please PM if you are interested or would like to trade. If you need any other pictures or have any questions, please ask me. Thanks for looking!

Yes, here is a picture of the crack at the joint. As far as I can tell it does not affect the hit as there are no weird buzzes or rattles when playing with the cue.

???

I've got a question for ya. what is a "limb saver", how do you use it, and whats it do? I've never seen one let alone used one...I've heard of them slightly, but never seen one. you got pics and a brief description? you can pm it to me

limb saver is a small rubberized springy thing that goes into where your rubber end goes on your cue.. so that way if you happen to drop it down on the end it will absorb the shock.. its a great idea. i just dont like the way they look..

Jeff, the Limbsaver absorbs vibration. If you have ever played much tennis, it is supposed to serve the same purpose that the vibration dampener does when you place it on the lower part of the strings. It does in fact dampen the vibrations and feedback when you use a Limbsaver. Some people like it because of that. I do not care for the feel.

thanks Bama!! so, since my cues I use don't have much vibration anyways, I shouldn't bother, huh? thats just peachy!!!

Yes, both Chris and Bama are correct in their statements about the Limbsaver. I am in the same boat as Bama in that I did not really care for the dampened vibration. It is now just sitting here collecting dust and only costs about $25 new so I'm not looking for anything big for it; maybe a nice high-end tip or two in exchange for it. I do like it on my break cue, but unfortunately this model Limbsaver will not fit the break cue I have right now. Attached is a picture of the Limbsaver I'm selling.

Everything is still available, please ask questions if you're interested, thanks!
