Here's a nice vintage Tad cue that predates his numbering system. The cue is from the late 1960's or early 70's at most. This TAD is made from an older Brunswick Titlist and is in excellent condition as it has not been played since it was refinished and rewrapped (Cortland) by Tad. The cue comes with a 2x4 leather Whitten case, also in excellent condition.
The cue has 1 original shaft, 12.1mm, (cue weight 19.3oz) and 2 others that were made by Tad at a later date, 12.9mm, (cue weight 19.9oz). Cue is 57" with original shaft(ivory ferrule) and 58" with either of the newer shafts (one ivory and one micarta ferrule). Balance point is approximately 18.75" (ideal, methinks) from buttplate with the newer shafts.
The cue and case is available at $3,495.00 plus 40.00 overnight shipping and insurance. USA sales only. No trades. References are available. Serious inquiries only please. Thanks.
