Bump for my love of my 2007 SE! I need an I-2 shaft for my 2007 cue of the year. Will you sell just the I-2 shaft? I have both the regular and special editions and an I-2 shaft would complete the set.

The m79A has brass ring work at the joint where as the m79b has silver ringwork. Just so ya know. The I-2 Shaft for the m79B has silver ringwork so it won't matchup the color scheme to the m79a. I hate to sound obvious because you probably already know this.

Lowering Prices

LOWERED PRICES

M79B - $1550 + Shipping
M89A - $975 + Shipping
M89B - $1650 + Shipping

That is final reduced price of these cues. Again these cues are brand new and unchalked and come with an extra shaft and joint protectors. Cues are $300+ below MSRP. The M89A is $500 below MSRP.

If you would like to just purchase one of the extra I-2 shafts to these cues, $165 + Shipping

M89a

These are beautiful cues. I think they are the nicest designs that McDermott has ever put out.

No interest? Asking too much? No prior transactions on AZB scaring potential customers? Buyer niche for these cues too small? Or is the market for these that bad right now? I won't give them away but I can make somebody a real good deal!

When I intially listed them I got a bunch of emails but nobody really came through for a deal. Thought i had 2 of them sold in the first week.

I think it's a combination of asking too much, and production cues not being popular here. For example, there's a McDermott M89B #7 of 50 on eBay right now for $1,650 Buy-It-Now, and using the Microsoft Live Search promotion, the buyer can get $200 cash-back (actually, it's 25% which comes to $412.50, but the promotion maxes out at $200 per session), it's only $1,450 on eBay, saving the buyer $600 over what you're asking for the same cue.

(Note: I'm not interested in this cue, and I'm not trying to work a deal on it. Just my opinion.)

McD

I think that price may be offset a little because the OP is including a second I-2 shaft. This retails from McDermott for $249.

While the M89A (the model I have) sells online for $959 (billiardwarehouse) that is for one shaft only.
