Leon,
There is a lot of confusion going on here.
First of all the PBII is not a jump/break, what looks like a jump break is just the spot where the weight rings go. The only jump/break Mezz manufacturers is the Mezz Dual Force.
The PBII is a dedicated break cue.
Second the PBII is approximately 4 inches (10.2 cm) shorter than the average break cue. As far as I know, Mezz does not customize this break cue at all, at least I've never seen one but I can ask Mezz in Japan.
The cue should come with the DI shaft and the retail is $420.00, so if this is the real deal, the price is a steal. The shaft alone costs more than that.

the shaft label is pb. i've asked leon. he said that the handle is extended by phillippi custom cue.

the following are pics leon sent me. hope it helps.

This was mine. I had Richard Phillippi extend the back of the butt 4in. with a very light piece of wood so it would go in my case without dropping a 4in. piece down in the case. Otherwise it fell down and had to be dumped out when needed. You connot tell any difference in the feel. This retailed for over $500. at Bill and Billies in Severna Park Md. I'm just trying to raise $$ for some more cue building equipment for Leon. This is a give away @ $175.
