Shaft is in perfect condition with no dings or dents throught. It is perfectly straight and has an ivory furrel.

22 inch taper? pretty long. How's that shaft play, stiff?, not so stiff?

Also, can you tell me the diameter at the joint?

It plays kind of stiff. Wouldn't say low deflection but i would say stiff. the joint diameter is approximately 13/16 in. or 20.64 mm
 
so does this shaft come with an ivory or micarta ferrule?

the add states twice that it's micarta. Then in the last description it states that it's ivory. *got me confused*
 
It is Micarta. I thought that it was well aged ivory. Mike Webb posted that it was "old school micarta", and as the maker of the shaft, he would know.
