Predator 314-2 Shaft

Aprox. 12.75mm
A few small dings in the shaft area
Lots of surface dings in the finish near the joint collar

The original Predator ferrule was removed, the hollow section at the top of the shaft has been filled with a dowel and a standard ferrule (Melamine, I think) has been installed.

The original ferrule had a chip in it, so instead of sending it back to Predator I just had my local repair guy replace the ferrule. I don't really know how much different it plays now. To me it seem to play close to the way it did before.
 
Was this work done in Los Angeles, specifically near Beverly Hills? I just talked yesterday to a guy who said he did the same thing recently.
 
Are you located at atlanta , georgia? I think you can get Steve Lomax to fix the ferrule without removing the hollow part , he do the warranty repair for predator .

I had Pete Ohman do that to a predator shaft , I really liked it alot .Kevin
does great work .It's rumored that another top player does that to his predator .....of course that's why I tried it out.
