Hello Steve, It's Bill Smith "Mr3Cushion".
Steve, do you have the 1983 issue of the "NBN," I had many issues at one time, in moving to Florida they have seemed to disappear. I won the 1983 "National Billiard News Open" at Ray Abrams's "Cushion n Cue" in Oak Park, (undefeated).



For some reason Conrad did not put me on the cover for that issue.
