Slightly used Schon cue with 2 shafts. Comes with a Joe Porper classic case. Room for 2 cues and 2 shafts.

Go through escrow service like Scot at Proficient has. $50 protects you from a scam.
 
or just do a cash on demand. it would be even easier and faster than going through proficient takes a while.

COD - how does that prevent someone from sending you a wet newspaper in a tube, or do you open, inspect, evaluate and then pay the driver? I don't know any express companies that will let you do that.

u can at least check if the cue is in there before u pay, i've been able to do stuff like that before, if its not satisfactory u just seal it back up.

Please tell me what company lets you open up COD packages (before you pay) then lets you determine whether you want it or not. I've never been able to do this. thanks, bryan

mine wasnt cash on demand. it was a signature required shipment that had customs fees on it. i told the guy i wanted to make sure it wasnt damaged cuz the box was kinda messed up. told him i didnt wanna pay the customs and sign for the cue if it was damaged. he let me open it and see. i didnt rip the box open or anything, just enough to get the cue out. maybe mine was an exception cuz the box was damaged.

I don't see any carrier's insurance company allowing that (opening & handling) of COD contents without the payment (transaction) taking place first. For example, how about a diamond ring or anything smaller in size, but valuable, sent COD. how easy would be to distract a driver and switch/swap something or claim something wasn't in there that was palmed or whatever. The driver has no idea what the contents of a box look like. It's your home turf, the scenarios are endless on how to beat that open the COD box before payment policy. But I also am aware that you could probably get a delivery driver to do a lot of things they are not allowed to do.
