Schon SL-14 Six Point Vintage Rare Cue in excellent Condition
Comes with Brand New OB-1 Shaft
Fantastic Old SL-14. No noticeable dents, Scratches or blemishes. Six Point Vintage Rare Cue. Wrap is in great shape also. Hard to find in this condition. The Schon shaft rolls very good, may have just a tweak of movement when rolling the shaft by itself and together under the middle part of the shaft only. Tip needs replacing as it’s mushroomed a bit and almost gone. The Brand New OB-1 shaft rolls straight as an arrow on butt. Such a nice cue, hard to sell !!
The joint is 5/16 x 14 thread and the butt weighs 15.5 ounce. The Schon Shaft weighs 4.2 ounce and at the point of where the shaft wood meets the ferrule, is 12.68 mm and the OB-1 Shaft weighs 3.8 ounce 12.75 mm. The buyer of this cue will not be disappointed at all. Great Cue in excellent shape for it’s age. The cue has been identified for me as a SL-14 shown as the second cue from the left on the attachment.
Ships usps priority mail, insured, with tracking.

Schon STL 14?

Hey WorkstheKnight,
I think those are photos of the SL 7, not the SL 14, but I could be wrong...
Oh nevermind, just finished reading the post. Last photo, second cue from the left. Gotcha

Adamantcue, Please omit the T you are trying to refer to. Think S L ( no T ) SL - 14
The STL which you are referring to is posted on the schon web site. I have sold several STL-7's in both ebony and cocobolo. The set STL-7 and STL 14 have alternating large and small diamonds in the butt sleeve and smaller diamonds in the forearm. This cue has been identified for me as an SL-14, second cue from the left in the photo. The SL-14 has been made for 30 years and may still pop up from time to time. No specific time frame can be put on this exact cue. But, in my opinion, it goes back a good time frame in it's appearance, but, has been kept very well condition. This cue came with a predator shaft that was marked "314" only, with no black cat below it. However, that shaft did not meet my standard with this cue, so I am including the OB-1 Shaft.
The information I listed about the S L-14 production date time line was given to me by Evan Clarke himself.

I see you edited your statement at 3:11 PM. from the STL-7 now to SL-7. Not sure where your going with this, but, a SL-7 is not a six point cue, it has small diamonds that are boxed in and has double silver rings, not stitched rings. I myself, could not exactly put a id on this cue and asked for help from a very respected Schon Adviser. I think so far, I am standing behind his thoughts and the information given to me by Mr. Clarke. I feel very confident in the research efforts we have made. This Cue S L - 14

Oh my, I didn't mean to have you physically take out the T in STL, just making the point if you take the T out, you will be left with S L as this is not a STL cue, but a S L
Sorry for the confussion, lol, just trying to my best to get myself lost and by golly it has seemed to work !!!
wow.
