FS: Schon with 6 sharp points and mitered veneers!

Here is a really nice Schon with sharp points and metered veneers. All white is ivory, including the ring work. There are also abalone inlays in the butt sleeve. It is straight together and apart. The butt weighs 15.7 ounces. Shaft one is 12.6mm and weighs 4.4 ounces. Shaft two is 12.3mm and weighs 4.3 ounces. Bothe have layered tips of some kind and standard Schon ferrule material. There are a few minor scratches here and there, but nothing that would make me send it off for a refinish. It hits solid and plays good, as most all Schon cues do. The ivory really pops, and the sharp points are sweet looking. I'm asking $825 shipped and paypaled in the lower 48. No international buyers due to the ivory. Thanks!

Pretty cue! Do you know the model number and year by chance? Also would like to know the balance point.

ChrisOnline.....that was amazing and I'm sure others in the know like you knew that as well....but I didn't. When I saw the OM on the logo, I wondered if someone had Schon add those initials and did not have any idea that Schon made cues for a distributor like Omega.

Great call.....do you know whether Schon continued using mitred points after Bob Runde? Deanoc is trying to get Evan use sharp points for the ivory cue joint project he has underway. I knew that Bob preferred making cues mitred, sharp points while he & Terry R. owned Schon but obviously, that involves more labor than with making cues with CNC cuts.

i dont know for sure.. it seems every once and awhile they make a cue with sharp points.. but its not their norm..

and since the original poster was asking about info on the model number, i was able to look it up.. of course the OM helped a great deal..lol.. or else sometimes your stuck looking through hundreds of pictures...

I started building cues and like the ones I've made for myself. So I have no need for this cue. Its a good cue, but I prefer mine. I haven't owned it very long. I took it in on trade. Thanks.
