FS Several cues

I don't want your id or any financials. All you had to do was mention a cue and if I had what you were looking for I would send you pics. Pretty simple don't you think?

This is actually how it works the world over guys! Just the other day, I turned on my tv and sure enough, there was a commercial with a guy in a suit saying "I sell cars. If you want a new car, let me know. I might have the type of car your looking for."

Needless to say, I thought he was crazy.

Then, as if that wasn't enough, the very next commercial was for some store called Bob's. And all the guy in that commercial said was "We sell things. If you're interested in things, let me know. I may be selling the type of things your interested in."

I guess this new sales technique is a winner!

One of the reasons you have received the response you did is because most on this forum understand that there are literally hundreds of cuemakers out there, and fishing for people to send a note to you asking randomly for cues you will more than likely not have is a waste of time for them/me. You will rarely get much response with such open ended "offers".

When selling, the main things buyers want to know are:
Maker
pictures
specs (weight, shaft diameter, joint size, pin size, etc.)
price

Also, if you are willing to trade. You would then get responses if they are interested. Welcome to the board! Many get similar responses from seasoned posters.

What am I supposed to do. I have over 2100 different cues.
You can start by saying which brands/makers you have, THEN YOU CAN SAY: Let me know what you're looking for and I'll give you a price.

I have the following cues
McDermott
Predator
Schon
Blizzard
Adrenaline
HRUSA
A few Lucasi
A Few Players

mike.. are you saying your a dealer for production cues?

because... there are alot of other dealers here on the forum so when you sell something its easier if you are more specific to what you have and what your asking when you are selling it..

production cues are more of a harder sell because alot of people here can already get great deals..

do you have all 2100 in stock and are any of them custom cues?

thanks..chris

The only semi custom cue I have is Schon. That is because each cue is hand made and no 2 are the same.

need help locating a cue...

I'm looking for this one particular that I saw many years ago. Since you stock so many cues, you would probably be the best person to ask.

This cue has pictures of cute little Gremilins all over the cue. They all had their own sayings like...

Eat more, get big.
Stay in school, fool!
Sleep during the day, party hard at night.

I want it with 3 shafts and at least 25 oz.

I'll pay top dollars for it...it's a collectable. That's what I'm looking for, I know you got to have it!

Sounds like you got nothing but junk to me. Still waiting on your Predator prices.

So let me get this straight - you have IN-STOCK one of a kind modern-day Schons.... Not the LTD Series or the Elite Series, but one-of-a kinds??

and you have IN-STOCK the GOOD Budweiser cues? Not the cheap ones, but the GOOD Budweiser cues, right??

You're right in that you don't see many of those!!

Well, good luck!

Give the guy a little break! I remember when I didn't know there was anything but a production cue. We didn't all start out with a Gina or Mottey. Many small dealers don't even know about custom cues. I know some small local custom cuemakers who don't know the likes of Bender, Mottey, Tad, Cog, etc.

The crowd in here is VERRY knowledgeable when it comes to cues, and production stuff like that which you carry are considered significantly inferior by most collectors. Not that quality is the real issue, because some of the cues you are trying to sell are made quiate well. Take a few minutes to look at a couple of websites noted below, if you are not familiar with customs and the $$$ they command, and you will see why your request seems out of place on this board.
