I have a surplus of these and will let go at $7.00 ea plus shipping which will be $6 for a few and $13 for the whole 100 count ... These are from the man and I don't need them , great pins ... Thanx a Bunch ... DSC01708.jpg

It seems that the barrels don't have a glue groove in them, am I right?
What's the length of the whole pin?

Before installing those types of pins I run a few grooves around the solid middle part just to give a little extra gluing power. It only takes a few seconds.

If the pins are properly made, no glue relief is needed on the barrel.

I feel just the opposite..if they are properly made they should have a glue relief the length of the barrel.
But maybe that's just me.....I like to make sure I have plenty of glue in the hole that will hydraulic out during the install.

I agree. I like plenty of glue in the hole without taking a chance of a blowout.

For the price it would not be to much trouble to put a groove on the barrel. I also cut a glue relief on the all thread pins for maximum glue coverage.

Nice pins.
I love brass.
It's easy to route glue channel on them.
Also easy to grind a flat at the bottom.
I like epoxy popping out of the glue channel.
I let the epoxy wick on that hole then drop another fresh batch of epoxy then turn the pin in slowly.
I like thin industrial epoxy heated a little for better viscosity.

A Still have a few of these left ... About 35 or so , only had one guy back out ... PM me if you want to save a little . These are quality pins ...

I had some people back out ... I have 29 left if any body interested . Still $7 each and only $6 for shipping ... thanx to those who keep their word ;)
