I have an exceptionally nice wrapless player from Kenny Murrell. This cue has seen almost no play..test hit only. The cue is practically perfect, no dings or dents. It has some of Kenny's super ringwork, and is a rare (for Kenny) piloted 5/16x14 stainless steel joint.

Specifications:

- Butt: 15.3 ounces
- Shaft: 3.7 ounces, 12.95mm, LBM ferrule, Super Pro tip
- 5/16x14 stainless steel piloted joint
- Real nice dash ringwork of maple/black/blue at A/B/E
- Macassar ebony forearm
- Real nice curly/birdseye maple handle
- Macassar ebony butt sleeve
- White delrin butt cap
- Signed "Murrell" at the bottom of the handle

Nice cue. I was the original owner, purchased directly from Kenny. It was indeed in great shape.

Doug, this was a real nice pick-up that you had on this one. Super wood and a real nice hit. Kenny makes a real nice cue.

Looks like a phenolic insert in the shaft.
Is that right Joe?

Don't know about the shaft, but kenny was using super pro tips for a while. I actually liked the hit a little better with a super, now i have an everest on mine. Sweet cue joe, i called a friend of mine on this one- hope he checks his messages! He's been looking for another murrell.bump it up

Right, the shaft has a phenolic insert. Don't know why a super pro is on it, but pocketwolf said he put them on there for a while, and I have no reason to doubt it. Lots of people like a hard tip. I hit with the cue tonight, and it plays real strong...very firm hit.

That is easy enough to change, though. I will change the tip to whatever anyone wants on it for free, as long as I have the tip of choice in stock. If not in stock, I will come as close to that one as I can.

I replace the hard layered tip that was on it,
now it plays awesome.
I want to keep this one though.
