Nice Tad here. Needs a wrap. When I picked this cue up the wrap was in terrible shape so I pulled it off and haven't gotten around to getting more Cortland to put back on it. I've brought it to the pool hall to mess around with and it's a ton of fun to play with, even without a wrap. Could use a refinish if you want it to be perfect, has some finish wear and patina as is standard with a Tad of this age. 19oz, shafts both around 12.8-12.9mm. SALE PENDING.
