ok well here is a cue with that gator print wrap.. The only thint your cue maker had to do is send it a few passes through a thickness sander to get it to size and they work just fine..

What are you talking about??? They are not 1.07mm thick they are .77mm thick which is .030 thick.


he had them listed at 1.07mm thick earlier and changed it.what kind of a sander do you run them through to get them to .025"?
 
These..were never described as 1.07mm..."aBall" misread the description. JBCustoms was referring to another instance; the fact that changing the thickness is very easy. I have heard of using a basic belt sander. Leather is very easy to sand.
These are .070mm . Perfect.

We had difficulty getting that same blank to sand out evenly without some thinning in areas. Which sander do you use? Also, did you reduce the wrap groove/channel any? Thanks
