Hi,

I bought 24 blanks that were built at Omega in 1992 - 93.

I finished 8 with two shafts and sold off the rest of the blanks to other people and CMs.

My pin is a 3/8 14 tpi which is the same geometry as Omega.

I have photographic documentation of the unfinished blacks showing Omega's date codes.

Anyone who obtains this cue from Itzel can contact me for a letter of provenance along with pics of the unfinished blanks.

The butt cap does not have the same contour as earlier Omegas because they changed the feature with the lip was discontinued because they tended to break.

The cue pic shown by Sealegs had one of the lipped contoured Butt caps that had been damaged and the lip was filed off and refinished revealing that contour without the lip. Sometime after 1991 Omega stopped that butt feature and went with a conventional butt cap taper to match the entire butt taper contour.
