Ft. Lauderdale?

Boomity Boom!!!
Will be spending the night there soon. Looking for something to do and since I'm meeting up with the Wife I figured we'd go shoot some. Any recco's for rooms, or bars with well maintained equipment in the area?

When I lived in the area (Davie in 90's) the best room for action was Hollywood Billiards, just south of Ft Lauderdale, on Hollywood Blvd and State Rd 7 (441).

go North to Boca to Gatsbys. It really a fine room. Not your usual pool hall.very upscale with a large bar, good food, seperate rooms for cigar smokers and parties and tons of latge screen T.V.s I wouldn't think twice of taking my wife in there.
Its about a 20 minute ride from lauderdale.Get off of I95 at Hillsboro Blvd.go West 1 mile to Military trail.turn right proceed 2 miles to 18th st.then left about 1/2 mile on your left hand side.
If yoy need more info p.m. me
have a good time.

Well, if your going that far north, you need to stop at Side Pockets, Coconut Creek Parkway and Banks Road. in Coconut Creek. Exit 67 on the Fla Turnpike. Brand new 22,000 square feet and 47 tables. Over 1 million spent on this knock out place. Full bar and excellent menu. Gold crowns and bar boxes.

I know you're probably not looking for a rough place to go to but............If you get ambitious for this type of place, check out a place called Freddy's Anchor Inn I believe it was called. I don't know if it is still there but me and some guys made some very nice scores in that dive. Not the greatest equipment or clientele. There weren't any champions about the place but they did call Dennis Searing in after about 4 days of our being there. Just a thought. Be careful. Good luck.

Much thanks to everyone. I'll print this page and we can decide where to go when I get there. I love going to this site as its always a wealth of information.

There is also a Gatsby's just south of I595 on University ave. And I mean just south. First right after getting off goin south on University.
