full splice blank, veneered

This is my second try at loading this posting, hope it isn't doubled. The blank
is straight grain maple with fairly straight grain macassar ebony. Butt is 1.32 dia plus,
and at 29" the dia. is 0.89". The length is over 30".

That is definitely fabulous! Now the real question. How long did it take to to get to this level and how many previous NFG's did you encounter to get there. This doesn't happen overnight. Only through trial and error and more importantly perseverance can you accomplish that. Congrats! :thumbup:
