Noticed these on e-bay from time to time. Does anyone know if these blanks are quality?

Blanks.....beware!

I Hate To Knock Anyone But I Ordered From This Guy And Got Nothing For About 6 Months Maybe More. He Told Me Everytime I Called That My Order Was Going Out And It Never Did, He Even Said That He Already Shipped It And Then The Next Time I Talked To Him He Said It Was Sitting On The Shelf Waiting To Be Sent. The Blanks Are Pretty Good If You Want To Wait Until Who Knows When.
