Fullsplice from old Schmelke blank

CC? I highly doubt it. 90% sure it's the other way around.
I have 8 of Schmelke's blanks.
A little tricky to come close to lining up the points.
They come pretty thick. You have to pick the ones good enough not to have wraps but they're ok in general.
No veneered blanks though.

And why aren't you making your own and selling them with your special style? Seems like everyone wants the veneered full splice and they can't get them.

You think CC buys from Schmelke? Barringer says he makes those...

If not, I DEMAND A REFUND!!!! Damn, no wonder CC didn't want to take back a warped one. But they sure look like the same thing to you too, right?

Chris
I'm almost 100% sure they are the same thing.
Schmelke makes their own.
Mine have not warped. Tortured 3 of them during the high heat, dry days of Sta Ana winds last month.

Actually they are very good blanks. We bought two from Barringer, one ebony and one cocobolo when he was in Florida. One was warped on arrival and he said "impossible" but took it back. Had Joe Porper make up some cues for my friend who had special requirements and they were as solid as could be. He wanted a fat butt so Joe just barely turned them down, so he needed a really straight blank. My buddy didn't want them hollow either so they ended up being like 24 ounces!

I think that's funny Joe claims to make them if he doesn't.
