where do you keep your risk money/winnings?

in your pocket loose? in your case, your normal wallet with the rest of your money, a special money clip or wallet meant just for gambling? sticking out of your hot girlfriend/wife's low-cut shirt to attract more victims (just kidding on the last one)

all answers welcome. lets see what kind of answers we get.

and please this one is just for fun.

I had $300 in my cue case once and had the whole works stolen!!

When I used to gamble I had a routine.
I'd typically have say $500 on my person.
First I take what I can afford to lose and place that in my right hip pocket.
I put my winnings in my left pocket.
When my left pocket gets full, I step away from the view of others and transfer some to another place - sock, shoe, hat...

This last one is important for two reasons. The bulge in your pocket may be noticed and the thieves will congregate. Or like what happened to me once, - when I got out to my car, I realized that my pocket had been too full, and I had lost $400 on my way out. If I win anything substantial, I'll get someone I know to walk out to the car with me.....I once had a guy hit me over the head with his (hard) cue case while I was walking to the car....and I had only won $20 from him!

Extended fanny pack 5k in the front and my carry around 380 behind it. If I am going somewhere where those are not allowed, I fit another 1k in it's place.

Another good chunk of change in the car with the main carry piece. It's a hidden type item (door, vent, glovebox) which is triggered by a combo of items hit on the dash.

That's it for me. I was really surprised how easy it was to hide it in the car and you can press all the buttons but the item wont open.

The internet has a lot of ways to hide funds.

I carry mine on a backer. We both stay in plain site of two plain clothed guards at any given time. We usually swap out cash back and forth in the toilet tissue dispenser in the crapper.

part of what made me start this, an apa guy I know (happens to be an operator too) was nicknamed The gunslinging shark because he always showed his texas pride with his cowboy boots and hat, but he would also carry around a custom sharkskin money clip with crossed guns on it. said it cost him about $450 to have made 10 years ago.

Winning at one and two dollar ring games is self regulating. Once your pockets get full enough of those dollar bills you can no longer bend over in a comfortable pool stance and you start losing them.

Heh, I almost typed out something very stupid and realized "what if somebody could track me down somehow"? I'll just say I carry my $40 maximum at all times in my front pocket.
