Fundamentals

I saw this guy on the 3C stream over the weekend practicing between matches. He does have a nice stroke. Nothing like 3C to expose such flaws.

There is a guy at a bar I frequent who is in the same situation. His right hand was taken off at the wrist due to an accident at work. I am always amazed at how well he shoots when we play pool. I guess if you have no choice, you will learn to deal with it. It's funny when the game is over and his opponent offers their right hand to shake, he offers them his "stump". He likes to have fun with it and gets a kick out of their reactions. Not surprisingly, I call him "lefty".

There is guy in tucson that plays really well and has only a thumb and finger to bridge with on his hand. Plays really well and has a great stroke for always having to use an open bridge.

The player you mentioned is a turkish player named Erdem Kilicoglu. By far for me the most impressive shots i seen him make were some masse and force follow shots he made while he practiced.
