I think Brunswick made/supplied them. I saw one with a Palmer once and they are sometimes referred to as coffin cases.

I could be wrong..but this looks like one of the later imports that copied the Brunswick coffin case. Usually if it is a Brunswick it will have a tag on the inside with some info on it. I think they started making them in the early 60s and possibly up to the late 70s.

I'm no expert or anything of the such. Just info I've gathered from people I've seen with them.
