Here in pic is pagulayan on the break.
He's got something sticking between fingers, I guess to hep cue sliding better on high speed break, but can't figure out what!!
Any idea??

Actually to prevent burns to his fingers, he hold shaft a little tighter than others for accuracy. It looks like a custom made from a soft plastic hose or something.

That is a roll of sand paper. He is cleaning and resurfacing his shaft while he plays.
