Oh shit. I have seen that a few times in person when I used to work on those type car washes. That may have had a broken trigger gun that was sticking open in the "HP" position. Another time someone had been washing a big truck and forgot to remove the zip tie they put on the gun to save their hands from a very long wash experience- DO NOT EVER DO THAT. The next customer gets this or worse if you forget.
