About 20 years or so ago, I had just gotten the new Nikon D1x and was beginning to study photography. I went down to Dickens on the Strand, an early December festival every year in Galveston. I got some nice photographs and a few decent snapshots.
I had forgotten about them; don't even have the electronic flies any more. But, I just found them this morning, as printouts, while looking though old paper files. This snapshot was always curious to me, and I wondered what was going on. But, now in the age of memes, I guess I can make up my own story...

Actually looks more like an episode of Top Gear circa 2014.
Looks like a great event....there will be some knees like BB's for sure as a result of that race.

Just for fun I've had two tickets going 92 in a 55 and am probably the only person you know that has driven away from a mid 90's in a 55 without even a warning
