I remember this episode of COPS. This chump shown here and another "kid" were packing heat and shooting off random shots while walking around in a neighborhood. The officers were responding to the "shots fired" call and saw two people matching the description. The cops drew down on both of them and the friend of the idiot shown above almost got shot by the cop because, well, gun weilding teen gangbangers are generally non-complying morons. The idiot who almost gets shot had a nice Taurus or Colt 40 two tone on him and was a disrespectful punk who talked smack to the cops the whole segment. The kid with the joker gun was a little less of a tough guy. Absolutely irritating segment!

The tricky part is that anyone can be a dumbass, but it takes work to do something intelligent.

One just never knows with those Russian and Czech girls.

You give em a few Korunas and a couple of Coronas and anything might happen.
 
Honestly Primo, where I live we are behind the times. Zoning for Peeler joints are in the industrial area and they can't get a liquor license.

There is no way I'm paying 5 bucks for a Coke. The last time I went, I took my own beer and spent more time in my truck drinking than I did inside.

Also, it looks as tho someone wasn't obeying the seat belt law. Those guys went for a ride.

Wow, I mean wow. Exactly what part of Saskatchewan society are they protecting by these Victorian Era laws?
