What’s the top left?
It's the cigarette lighter from a car, as was mentioned earlier.
You'd have that right by the ashtray in a vehicle. Push it in and it would activate power to it, those coils would heat up and glow bright red, and it would pop back out when it was hot and ready for use. You'd then pull it out, as it is shown in that picture, and light your cigarette from the glowing coils.
Like Rusty said, that receptacle was used as a 12 volt DC power supply for a lot of accessories back in the day,

Yes, thanks. This 1955 model (me) just didn't recognize it from the smallish photo.

How many of us here put our finger to the hot coil to see just how hot it was? o_O:D Yes, my index finger made a sizzling sound for 1/2 a second. Stupidity of youth!

And it still worked even if the car was off and the keys weren’t in it. Learned that lesson the hard way.

Cigarette lighter, cooled off.
My brother in law picked us up at the airport in his Buick sedan with a cigarette lighter And proper ashtray. I thanked him for picking us up in such a vehicle. And yes, our kids hadn’t seen one and asked us about it. They thought phone chargers went there. I’m glad I quit well before the kids came along. But I do miss firing up a Marlboro in the car on the way to the pool hall or class. Maybe I just miss the attitudes and times more than the smoke.

Pretty sure my 07 range rover had one in the console, if not it was my previous one

Correct, but there is a very rare, and very short lived molecule with 3 Hydrogen atoms. If memory serves correctly (and it's been 50 years, so it may not), there may be another with 3H and 2O.
Not short-lived and not rare the hydronium ion is H3O+. This is what causes acid to be acid. The hydronium ion is typically simply represented as H+ for simplicity. So hydrochloric acid is shown as HCl, for example.
