Does the diffrent line of cues make a difference in the hit, i hit with a DL i think the low brand, and it hit real stiff didnt care for it. So is there a difference like real inlays in the RP series? or ANYTHING fURY cUE PEOPLE PLEASE ANSWER.

questions

Of course there is a difference in different brands of cues. It depends on the wood they use to make it with (particularly the shaft), the ferrule, and the tip on it. I used to like Joss cues a long time ago, but now I think they hit much too stiff. Getting a cue to feel right to you is similiar to finding a car you like.
First you notice the looks and styling, next you check the feel when you drive
(in pool the balance of the cue when you stroke it), and next you consider the options on it.

In cheap cues (under $400) you do not get 'real inlays' like you do the better
cues. Think of it as frosting without the cake underneath, for looks.

I've recently gone nuts & bought a bunch of cues:
custom, production, high, cheap, in between.
So far the 2 I like the best are McDermott Sierra
and a $500 Dominiak. Both are sweet hitting cues
to me. I also have Dale Perry, Espiritu, Predator,
Pechauer, Meucci OLD1, Joss, Lucasi, Cuetec.

Thanks for the reply Scott, someone on the site is a dealer for Fury and he says the cheaper brand have fake inlays, sitckers and the RP series is over 400, and they have real inlays. Just going on what i was told.

Not to be rude but i asked about fury and no wheres in your post you mentioned anything about fury....... i didnt ask about sweet kitting cues.... anyways

The Fury DL and RP lines have about a 12" taper making them somewhat stiff hitting. The RP Line has about an 18" taper making them somewhat softer. Also the RP line has the flat-faced Radial pin which gives the cue a slightly softer feel.

The DL line's decoration is decals or overlays as we like to call them. The base cue is birdseye maple.

The NR LIne, at $195-220 is composed of REAL inlays and overlays.

The RP line has only real inlays.

Ive had 2 Dominiak's-they were both great hitting and looking. My next cue will probably be another. Right now im on Predator.

I am glad you understood my post enough to stick your comments in again. If my grammar was too atrocious then don’t read my posts. I even capped it in my first post so people that take half assed reads and stick their own comments in see the emphasis on the capped part… The thread title was even Fury Cues.

Hopefully this was a lot easier for you to read Hondo, or you just won’t read it at all.

Thank you, everyone who posted informative posts, I am currently looking at the RP series.

I've been shooting with a Fury RP for about 2 years, and love the cue. I don't think you will be disappointed with it.
