Are the Fury J/B cues a solid cue? Has anyone played with them that could offer an opinion? And do they jump well?

Thanks

They're outta sight. A super great breaking cue and they do a very good job of jumping (as long as you do). Maybe THE BEST J/B cue for the money and I'd put it right up there against the best. It actually replaced my Sledge and I didn't think anything could do that. Pirates are history...but GOOOOO STEELERS!!!

I like them so much, I just ordered two! Something about the balance and taper allows scrubs like me to break well with them.

I'd like to know what people who've owned one for a few years think of them. Are the rings still intact (not popping)? Is the wrap still... wrapped? Etc.

Fred,

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get them for and where?

Also, if you could make some room in your PM box, I wanted to send you some info on a cuemaker.

Thanks,
Scott

People are selling brand new Fury J/B cues on eBay from $120 - $150.

Done.

I've got one and i wasn't really impressed by it. I'm not sure if theres a way to change the weight on them, and looking at the bumper there isn't, but mines far to light for me. It doesn't break as hard as my BK and the jumping isn't to great, but i don't really like phenolic tips for jumping anyway.

The cue is pretty well put together and the tip does hold chalk better that a lot of phenolic tips that i've tried, but i'll take my BK and a jump cue any day.
