It is my pleasure to announce the launching of a new web site, OnePocket.org, which is dedicated to the promotion of the game of One Pocket. You can check it out here:

Founded by a confirmed One Pocket addict, the basic concept is to provide a not-for-profit public service to the One Pocket community, planting the seeds for a grass roots One Pocket network. Of course, it will be ‘under construction’ for a while.

From the OnePocket.org Mission Statement:
· To provide a comprehensive internet resource to help all One Pocket players improve their level of play
· To educate and encourage all One Pocket fans to further their enjoyment and spectator participation in the game
· To facilitate networking and cooperation between One Pocket players, promoters and fans for the purpose of helping the game of One Pocket grow in popularity, and helping One Pocket events to be more successful
· To maintain standardized rules for One Pocket play
· To uphold and promote the dignity of the game in a manner that encourages new player, promoter and fan participation in One Pocket
· To recognize individuals or businesses that have especially contributed to the game of One Pocket over a significant period of time

OnePocket.org is offered to the One Pocket community as an internet nexus for all things One Pocket. It is a great game, and the more players that take it up, the better for all of us that have already discovered it. If you take an interest in One Pocket, you are invited to join OnePocket.org. It’s free, it’s easy, it’s painless, and it should prove worth your while if you are a One Pocket fan!

I like it, I love it , I want some more of it..

hmmm.... very nice website. In time those Pool Table pictures might possibly show all of the Eddie Robins' material, eh? I'm gonna warch this site grow. My table gets covered today & I'm just starting to gamble in the game of One Pocket, so practice will be great & I now have a tutor (I'll definitely get those reference books & videos...) Thanks for the work someone has put in on this website. This arena won't sell a lot of my BreakRAKs
 
fantastic website! i enjoyed looking at it! Im new to the game but have seen it played on tape by such players as Efren,fransico,alex,Grady, It is a game with witch you need a great deal of all skill to master the game, Im going to be spending alot more time with one pocket!
 
Nice website. One-pocket is really challenging. Having just recently (2 years ago) started playing 1hole, I find the game really difficult and yet enjoyable. Especially when I play against better shotmakers, I really need to outsmart them. Getting my hands on a copy of Winning One-Pocket really helped my game...

Should be okay now, shows signs of having been running, and is definitely up and going now -- you guys have been very supportive!

A few folks are having a little trouble registering, which I will try to ease when I get back. I'm actually out in CA right now -- 3000 miles from my home office, sorry I can't do anything too significant at the admin level for a couple of days. If anyone is having trouble, I will definitely do something when I return June 2. I did notice that both the contact & registration links on the Home Page go to the pre-launch site, not the final site --oops! But the registration links from the Forum pages and the About Us pages are proper. Will take care of that glich upon return.

Had a lot of fun at HardTimes the last couple of days -- what a terrific room, with ownership that places a real high priority on players, and it sure makes a difference!!!
