Shane is on the tv table right now!!!!! doing what he does best playing pool, his work ethic is super strong. He is practicing his break. I dont put my business in the street as a rule but I will now, I made 2 bets on him one sweat bet with a friend and another good size bet elsewhere.

no thx i'm good, i'm not in this as heavy as when he played cory, i wanted more on that. I'm comfortable this dosent appear to be a bargan either way, it might be a blow out one way or the other but who knows? to me this isnt the kind of match to load up on, i got about 6 units on this. a sweat bet is one unit. I look at rail betting like blackjack a unit can be what ever you want it to be $1 or $5,000,000 it just depends on who you are and how much gamble you have. I had only 8 units on the SVB/Cory game I wanted about 12. My unit amount I will keep to myself but if you book action like that(using units) you can keep track of it easily and have some continuity to your gambling.

i keep the unit the same awalys, unless i'm betting $20 or something, but for real action I defind a certain number(dollar amount) as a unit and that is awwalys the same, this makes tracking my win/loss record easily and how much to jelly roll players I know, if they lose before I see them I dont count their losses against their wins, they awalys win-unless its a $20 bet that is to low to count.

The criteria I used to define a unit is simple I make sure I awalys have 40 units to play with, so I have 40 barrells, so a bet of 4 units is only 10% of my bankroll i set aside for action, its simple money managment, if lose all 40 units i better learn to bet wiser and pick better spots, i learned this from playing 21 years ago, i'm a very accomplished single deck player. i use the unit system for 21 as well, but my units are much smaller for that game and I have more of them because of the swings associated with the game, I use 100 units, in pool i use 40 units, its not $$$ that will affect how I live or what I eat. its action $$$ period-takes away the pressure. Its all business to me, i have no gambling addiction, if I dont like it. i dont bet, poker machines are for suckers.
