Hi all. First, I'll apologize if this is an often repeated topic, or one covered enough to cause annoyance. The search didn't work due to "g10" being too short a search term.
To the point: I put a G10 tip on my Jump/Break cue a while back. Initially it came off and I figured out that the back was not exactly flat from when it was made. After sanding it flat and reinstalling it with Loctite glue, it lasted for a while (at least a couple of weekend tournaments and practice.)
The tip flew off on a break the other day. I would appreciate anyone giving me any advice they can spare on tricks to ensure the tip stays put for a longer time.
