Best layered tip that I've used. Been using these babies for more than a year now.

Jives recommendation is enough for me. I'll order some ASAP :)

Edit: just ordered two soft tips to try out.

Thanks!

Despite the fact that this post is in a wrong section, I will ask.
How are those compared to kamui? I mean I use Kamui Med Black. What hardness would you recommend to get to be as close as possible?

Have you tried kam brown med?

Hello everyone,

Thanks for all the support, great comments and for all the orders.

Kot_Bigemot- Yes I have used the Kamui brown mediums. IMO the G2 medium is a little harder then them but a little softer then the Kamui black medium at first. When it breaks in it's very close to the Kamui black. Very crisp hit. Again this is just my opinion. Hope this helps.

Llama- Thank you very much for your order. It's all packed and will be in the mail first thing in the morning. Email was sent with tracking number.

JT's cuerepair- I sent you a PM with the web address and email. You can't even type in a web address until 5 posts. It picks up on it and won't let you put up your post.

ChrisOnline- I will post pictures soon.

Again thank you all very much.

Wow, thanks for the huge faith in me...:grin-square:
I've converted alot of Kamui and Moori diehards with G2 tips...i don't have any commission whatsoever but these are great tips. I've bought no less than 50 tips now and i know they're from different batches, so far they've been incredibly consistent.
I love the "S" tips but the "M" are hugely popular.

Actually he is selling tips so i reckon he's in the right place.

Again being a nosy fellow i'll chime in and reply to ya.

Personally i feel G2 have a much better grip than the Kamui. But i could be bias cos importantly i like the nude colour of the G2 tip cos it's easier to see what's the condition of the tip.
If you're using Kamui M i'd recommend you go to G2 M or H. G2 M would be slightly just very slightly softer than Kamui M.

I played with a Kamui Black SS and Soft for over a year and a half. I switched to a G2 about a month or two ago and will never look back. IMO these are the best tips on the market. I play with a soft and I love it. I would highly recommend trying one.

You used the same Kamui with me, and if jumping to G2, you should use G2 H tips.

I used Kamui Black M and tried G2 M but it a bit too soft, so I changed again to H, which is great for me.

My opinion is that G2 grips better, holds chalk better than Kamui, and no mushroom that I have seen.

My friend and I changed the tip by hand, and the feeling of using paper knife to cut into G2 tips is that they use really good leather.

Well, that's because you use the "H" tips. My "M" ones mushroomed a bit after about 3 weeks of play (I play everyday, about 3 hours each day). The "S" mushroomed much faster.

No, both my M and H dont mushroom, I even broke with my playing cue that has a M on it, no mushroom or any sign of it
