Gaining Weight In My Butt

in 1985 while playing in an 8-ball tournament at a bar, i picked up a short cue. i immieditally, played unbelievable! it was a bar table, and a light short cue, the two blended great. since then i had my custom mali cues made for 17 oz. recently i decided to order, 19 oz. weight bolts, because i feel although i may lose that "touch" the 17 oz. provides for light, nice positional shots, i will gain extreme accuracy with a full weighty 19oz. cue. the bolts should arrive in a few days stay tuned.

You might like a more billiard style cue. These will weigh maybe 17.5 to 19 or so. It will be short, light, stiff, and have a pretty good feel. The next time you think of a cue you might look at them. If you get a more pool oriented or middle of the road shaft as opposed to one w/ a fat taper I bet you'll like it. The balance will be better too. There are some makers out there who make wood joint billiard type cues that can double as pool cues w/ a moderate or pool shaft.
