I bought a cue from him once once on e bay and I had no problems - the cue was delivered on time and as advertised- about 2 years ago.

He replied to the other post about him you started yesterday. Said he never sold a Henshew jump cue. Searching for sale items (I'm a noob, so maybe I'm not searching correctly), the last Henshew listing I saw was from 2019. Did you buy through this site?

There some Hanshew jump cue listed this year, but not by him
