Does anyone know the set up and rules of a game called - CHICAGO? I believe it is similiar to Rotation, but not the same. All replys appreciated. Regards, Kennyratt

I believe thats the same game a lot of Latinos play where the balls all start on the rails and first one to 61 or more wins.

I'm not sure if you have to place the balls in some certain order- I'd guess the lower numbered balls are closest to the pockets.

Growing up in New York (1960's) we played Chicago using the same rules as 9 ball but with a full rack of 15 balls.
The 1, 5, 8, 10, 13 & 15 were the money balls.

.

Known, I believe, as Razzle points north of NYC. 1-5-8-10-15 money balls. Game is played like Rotation, only the lowest numbered ball on the table has to move, not be hit. So much $ each money ball, double for "game" which is 61 points as in Rotation. Whoever makes the 1 is partnered with whoever makes the 5, IIRC. Possible loner if one player gets all the money balls and game. May be one more money ball, I can't remember.
