I am trying to find a lawyer that is knows and practices the gaming laws in SC? I have looked online, yellow pages, called other lawyers with no luck. I can't imagine making it on pool alone so I am looking for income sources.

I cant help with finding a gaming lawyer in SC...but...I can help you help yourself...
In 1986 SC updated their somewhat antiquated amusement laws. (Bill 403 act 308) On the state's website you can read the current laws related to gaming & amusements:

(you will also want to check your county and city laws as well. sometimes this is as simple as requesting a copy of all related ordinances from a particular municipality)

I have tried to deal with the local city/county with no luck. That is why I need a lawyer. They let some people have certain machine but dont allow other. Go figure?
