IS there anyone that lives in Fargo, that is on this site and shoots there?

Im looking for some one to play. Im new to the area. Every time i have been there all the 9 footers are empty with no one to play.. only time i have played anyone on them is in the monday night tourneys...

Looking for some one that likes to play as much as me. Also looking to get on team for the winter season.

PM Mike Page, he owns the joint! I'm sure he can line up a game for you. :grin-square:

EDIT: I see Mike has posted.

Wait a minute....

You're saying that the 28,000 SQ ft room of Fargo billiards never has a game for you on the nine footers...??

WTF.

That's a sad thought

It's midnight Monday night right now. And I'd say there were probably six of the 17 people who played in the Monday night 9-ball tournament tonight who would have matched up after the tournament.

We also have a straight pool league going right now, and many of those guys would enjoy matching up with a new player. Like someone said, PM me and I will make sure you have good people to play.

This weekend we have $500 added 9-ball and $2500 added 8-ball on the 7' tables. Calcutta will be 10K or more....

was not trying to criticize the place.. im sure there are people in the the hall at later times.. I have trouble being in the hall late as i am trying to balance family and work right now.. i will be in tomorrow to sign up for the tournament. (how much is the buy in) other than that; it is a great place to play and have been pleased every time i have been to this hall. i will pm you after the tournament if i have still not found a pool team/ person or persons to play.

Summer Shootout this Weekend

Don't worry, if you're there Friday, and Saturday, for the tournament, you'll have opportunities.

Mike usually has one of the 9 footers set up as a challenge table. Or, pick an opponent, and set up a game/set/match.

If you haven't purchased a Membership yet, and you are in the area for a while, you might as well join, as you get some discounts. I live 180 miles away, and try to get to as many of the Tournaments as I can. They are always well run, move along at a decent pace, and are played on great equipment. The problem for me is, all the Really Good players from within the surrounding 500 miles show up, which limits my chances by quite a bit! I still have a great time!

A couple of my friends and I will be there; hope to see you.
