GCI and GCII question???

There is a model comparison chart that a lot of people have here on this site. In it is says that the GCII came with painted aprons in the color of rosewood. Did they not also have the Tangerine, Blue, White and Gold colors? Is that a way to figure out if a table is a GCI? A lot of people mention that the GCI didn't have adjustable legs and the apron brackets were the long style. Both of those aren't entirely true. In 63 they went to adjustable legs and at some point in the GCI time frame they switched to the smaller apron brackets.

I guess I'm asking what features were only used for the GCIs?
White legs?
Apron Paint (tangering, white, blue, gold)?
Figure 8 rail screw plates?

Anything else?

Changeover

The problem with trying to exclusively date one is there was almost always a changeover period where they used parts from Both as one part went out of manufacture and another came in. So this is where you may get a GC1 with leg levelers as opposed to the one right before it left the factory without.
 
Gold Crowns

I doubt there's any 'absolutes'. Some late 1s had levelers, some early 2s had figure 8 plates, etc. If you've got a blue 6100 with thick castings, no levelers, a plastic name plate, figure 8 rail plates, and white legs, it's a 1-though I wouldn't bet my life on it:)
