Have you guys seen this? I haven't seen or heard of a better way to help with this problem. No more trouble with those aprons.

Great idea.. but doesn't a GC1 have aluminum along the full length of the side aprons?.. Just wondering.
That is exactly how I took off the aprons and reinstalled them on my Gold Crown. I heard some people leave the aprons on the rails then unbolt the rails and flip the whole apron/rail assembly upside down on table. Seems like that would be pretty heavy.
****Hey Glen, how do you make your aprons bolt on if you dont mind my asking?***
Glen installs threaded inserts in the rails, just like the Gold Crown 3 tables. He then replaces the extruded pieces with mounting blocks.

Flipping the whole rail assembly is the easy way to do it, and it's not that heavy. However, when working alone, it's not really possible.
