They changing the discipline which will be showed from time to time- many asked for 8-ball for example. Today s 1st match was 8-ball (and was very nice). Now 9-ball. Perhaps next time 14-1 again
I am becoming more of a fan of changing the discipline during tournaments. Not just because of the watching variety aspect either. I feel it "sort of" forces people to play/practice other disciplines in preparation which rounds out the person. As a result of same, I have seen people develop an interest in a discipline they previously had no interest in -- and that's a good thing.
