Sorry to Burst Your Bubble
I usually lurk on boards, but I can't let this one slip;
I know Fast Larry personally. The guy can't control himself behind a keyboard, mainly because the way he talks in person, comes across completely nuts in type. Since he hardly knows how to use his computer, and needs an editor for all his articles he writes for several magazines. It's no suprise he comes across totally nuts online.
Believe it or not, the posted on RSB can't be Fast Larry. You can choose not to believe it, but you would be wrong.
For the past 2 weeks, Larry has been up in the Northeast, no where near his computer. And, last week, he took a good fall and has been injured AND not at his computer.
He just got back onto his email about 2-3 days ago, and had a ton of private mail about the stuff on RSB. If you look close, most of it is from people with names that are directly 'mocking' Larry. Not sure anyone would do that for the fun of it.
I'm kind of sick of the fact that without the guy posting on here, everyone continues to bring up 'FL', and it's obvious that if anyone doesn't go along with the crowd here, it must be him. I know for a fact that there were two other aliases here that got blamed as being Larry, but they were not. It took me a lot of convinceing him NOT to make a new alias just to post about how some of those WEREN'T him.
I seriously suggest everyone not jump to conclusions that everything is Fast Larry as if he's the boogyman, lurking to just spam all the forums. It's likely someone under the age of 17, having way to much fun attempting to ruin someone else.
Worst part is, all the intelligent adults like to fall for it. I think people just enjoy having people to kick around, and then wonder why those people are so angry, and when they try to defend themselves, everyone just jumps on them. I've seen it go back and forth on here. If you aren't part of the 'in-crowd' then you get a lot of heat.
It's actually quite shameful, since most of my time lurking around on here for a month or two, I love the discussions when they start. But we all spend too much time attacking or making fun of people. Where is the high ground?
Do you think you are better than someone when you just put them down, and then continue to do it even when they aren't posting ANYTHING anymore? It's just a simple question.
