Chris,
First off, amazing work!! Second, I saw this cue for the first time today (went link happy) and was wondering if the barbells of copper, brass, copper were like veneers? I ask because it looks like the "weight" end of each barbell is ivory, and I was thinking (when I first read your description) that the "weights" would be copper on each end, and the "bar" would be brass. If I'm not explaining myself well, please let me know. Any way you look at it though, that cue is gorgeous! I can't wait to see the finished product.. and I only viewed it for the first time 5 minutes ago =)
Chris
Hey Bob, here is a preview for you. All the white is ivory. The barbells are made of copper, brass, copper. When the finish is on they really pop. Looking forward to the show.

The owner gave me permission to show the whole setup on the public forums. The photos do not show the copper and brass inlay in the barbells. They really pop in person.

Thank you, You are correct. They are ivory. They can be done in copper or brass as well. I have been doing this combo for the last year or so. It really gives a nice bit of flash and color to the cue without being over the top. I think they look classy.
