Does anyone have a ghost ball disc or template for the table ? I recall seeing one that lined up the OB to CB and the disc itself became the ghost ball, perhaps a DR Dave thing? I just can't find it.

Ghost Ball Discs or Templates?

Draw a 2 1/4" diameter circle on a piece of paper and cut it out. WaLa! You now have a ghost ball disc! You can make the advanced version by putting a mark in the center of the circle, and drawing a straight line from one edge through the center to the other edge for aligning to the pocket.
Or you can tape two note reinforcers two half balls apart.
Use blue tape.
Point towards the pocket using a ruler or a yard stick.
Trace a line towards the pocket then glue two reinforcements.
Paper template and ring alternative
I got a bit tired if replacing paper templates and putting ring reinforcers on tables - so I picked this up and am very happy with it when working with students and teaching "ghost ball" aiming.

Here is the one from Dr. Dave. I used to use it all the time, but now use the strike-point for aiming work, but still use this template to introduce ghost ball aiming and show tangent lines. http://billiards.colostate.edu/resources/ghost_ball_template.pdf.
