Ginacue Ebay auction scam!!!!!!

Another Ebay auction scam. This one is on a Ginacue. Do not click on the guys link to the pictures you will down load a virus. The same seller has about 5 different auctions going all a scam.

I was also leery on downloading them for the same reason. It is strange that he has all the cues that I have listed to give me in my favorite search. I thought something was fishy to auction nice cues with no pics

Anytime you see the download pics DON'T!!!! You will get a free trojan horse virus. I can't understand why eBay has not taken precautionary software to a higher level and stopped this kind of blatant abuse from getting into thier site to begin with. It's sad.

The description is word for word the same one that Dakota Cues had just last week!!! Unbelievable what gonads some people have.

Anytime you see the download pics DON'T!!!! You will get a free trojan horse virus. I can't understand why eBay has not taken precautionary software to a higher level and stopped this kind of blatant abuse from getting into thier site to begin with. It's sad.

If by chance you downloaded the picture, please realize there are two things you must do:

1. Scan your computer for viruses.
2. Scan your computer for Spyware.

Realize that these are generally separate tools in most case and here is what I found from another instance of downloading (not from e-bay)...

1. Virus scan came up perfect with no issues.
2. The Yahoo Spyware Scan (uses Nortons Spyware tool) found an application called IMP-Keylogger. The Keylogger was a covert program that logs all the keystrokes at your keyboard and sends the data out at random intervals to those hoping to collect personal information.

I was able to clean up my machine and then went out to change all my passwords (that took hours).

Be warned and do not open these attachments and e-bay is generally a place I will not trust.

I just saw these, too. The last one deep has is a rip off of my auction.

The people get the POS award. It's sad that eBay used to be a pretty decent place to sell stuff to anyone around the world. Now I'm very skeptical about putting anything on there.

I'll tell you this much, after the no-pay experience I'm going to be putting something like, "For sale elsewhere, and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time" to cover my butt.

I hope everyone added these two nimrods to their blocked bidder list...
