Glove?

Which ever glove you end up deciding as the best for you, from my past experience be prepared to stock up at least a half dozen. When the first one wears out or ends up lost, sometimes I can't go back and get another.

A friend of mine and I walked in to a local joint and played the nights matches with oven mitts. They worked great, but I don't know the maker. True story.

Just another point of view:

I buy the cheap black ambidextrous spandex gloves from eBay, 10/$5.00, (50 cents each).
They last a long time.
With so many, I keep one in my brief case for traveling.
They are so cheap, who cares if they get lost?
If I start a new glove, it feels just like the old one.

I hope you find what you like.

It is best to try them out since your hand size does impact the feel some.

I would start with mid range gloves, cuetec or champion and stay away from the higher priced gloves. The gloves do wear out and develop holes if you play a lot.

I have tried sir joseph and another "off" brand and switched to predator glove about 2 years ago. however, the last one I bought in dec 2014 was below the quality of the others, the rubber spots on the palm area started coming off on the table the 1st day! I hope someone comes up with a good one soon!

90% of 3C players use a glove, some of the best gloves are made in Korea!
Hanbat, IBS, PGK.

You want a glove that has the first 2 finger tips cut out, should also have a suede or leather pad on the heel area of the hand, so the glove doesn't slip on the cloth.

Glad I'm not going crazy lol predator was the best but I'm finding in the last year there just not lasting how they used to. They must have changed cheap chinease labor

I like a glove with open fingertips. There aren't as many of those on the market as there are closed fingertips. Good open ones are Predator and PoolGods, both available at Seyberts. The PoolGods version has a leather palm-heel patch but I don't think it's necessary (and I've had to superglue them back on when the stitching came undone).
